If you can no longer access that email, you should update it either on UCAS if you applied via UCAS, or by emailing admissions@uea.ac.uk if you did not apply via UCAS.

This email address will also be used to send your room offer and other correspondence, so please ensure that you will have access to this email account in the future. We advise not using a school email account (such as .sch.uk) as these are typically deactivated shortly after finishing school.

You will receive a validation email to finalise your accommodation portal registration (check your junkmail if not in your main inbox).

After completing the accomodation portal registration process, you can use the "Login" option to access the portal at any time.

To be eligible to register on the portal and apply for accommodation, you must have accepted your course offer. If you accepted it via UCAS, it can take around 24 hours to update to our system. If you have only recently accepted your offer and are experiencing issues accessing the accommodation portal, please wait at least 24 hours before contacting us.
